At Cirkled, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, including prompt and reliable shipping.

Order Processing

All orders are processed the following business day, with the exception of orders placed on Friday which will begin processing on the following Monday. Once processing begins, we will ship your order within 48 hours. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping

We offer shipping within Canada, as well as to the United States and internationally. Shipping within Canada typically takes 3-5 business days, while shipping to the United States and other international destinations may take 7-9 business days. Please be aware that when shipping internationally, your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can result in delays beyond our control. Any additional duties and taxes that may be applicable are the responsibility of the customer, as Cirkled is not responsible for any payments required for shipments outside of Canada.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, Cirkled is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. Any goods that are damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider, and we do not assume any liability for lost or damaged packages.
